Fire Force : Enen no shouboutai

The storyline was good. The character intros and development were genuinely outstanding. Most of all the sound effects in the anime, even thinking about it give me goosebumps.

Now let’s get down to the plot; Here we have normal people going off and doing their normal daily routine and suddenly a guy on a train starts to burn and turn into a monster as people call them ‘infernal’. They start to attack people with fire, so the infernals are being dealt with by people called Special Fire Force. They come in and put these infernals to rest, which in turn means killing them. They offer prayer so that’s okay. ”I guess”. So Shinra Kusakabe a new recruit in one of these Special Fire Forces with the pyro kinetic ability.  Yeah, people in the anime have fire powers. EXCITING! RIGHT? Together they fight these creatures and try to stop the phenomenon from happening by doing an investigation which leads to some shocking twists. So this is the plot for the anime.

To the characters; My favorite part: We have our MC Shinra Kusakabe and obviously MC has to have a rival who basically is an IDIOT who believes himself as a knight, and a female “friend” and the conversations between them turn into something very Ecchi and Hilarious. And a crew of their Station all of them with pyro-kinetic powers except for their Captain Obi. But when it comes to business their captain is Hardcore. Even though their captain doesn’t have any powers he trains himself every day for these types of battles. We have a lot of strong supporting characters and the greatest of them all was the two Benimaru Shinmon and Joker. They are absolutely GOATED and their fight scenes were treats to eyes and ears.

This anime has some epic entries, epic casual stances, and good backstories for the characters and the comedy was hilarious. It’s a must-watch anime in my book
